We stand by our product! Softies will refund qualified returns for 100% of their purchase price, minus the cost of initial shipping. Softies return window closes firmly on 11/8/25. Returns must be post marked 11/8/25 or before. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are not permitted due to limited and reserved inventory.
